Will destroy attacking theater ballistic missiles shortly after
they are launched
- Will "change the world" shortly after the turn of the century
by providing surgical, high payoff, boost-phase destruction of multiple
tactical ballistic missiles launched from random sites at long ranges
while staying well within friendly airspace
